Registration Information

NOTE: Our program is a separate, non-profit from the school so any paperwork submitted to the schools does not get to us.  

Please understand you must submit ALL paperwork and register completely on before we consider your registration. This must be done completely and submitted to our staff 10 days before you start if we have space.  If you have questions, please email   

All calendars and registration paperwork must be submitted in hard copy to our sites during our open hours.  Paperwork includes the Orientation checklist and schedule which are on the links below. We also need a copy of your child's immunization records.

3 steps to becoming registered or get on the waitlist if necessary.

Step 1 : If new, Register on for all the children that will attend and please include 2 additional emergency contacts other than parents/guardians (for a total of 4).  Your registration will not be considered as complete if these are not included.

Step  2 : You must submit the below 3 items to our portable at Tanque Verde Elementary school before July 22nd.

Step 3After we receive all hard copies and we know we have space we will import your account from and we will charge the non-refundable registration fee of $80 per child.


You can choose either the daily or monthly rate. You must pick that option for the entire school year. The monthly rate includes any full days off (if you do not adhere to the schedule submitted there is an additional fee of $10 for each day added or absent).  During the summer we will first enroll full time weekly attendees and then daily with available spots in each age group.
